APCA is governed by a Board of Trustees consisting of highly qualified professional chefs from around the country. The Trustees oversees the direction of the Foundation and works directly with the national staff to guide organization growth and Foundation initiatives.
National Staff
Located in California, APCA’s national office is responsible for coordinating APCA’s programs including regional and national events, certification, accreditation, publications and more.
